How Pharos answers
The system separates four jobs so each can be measured and improved independently: understanding the question, choosing a source, retrieving a canonical document, and composing a direct response.

A locked multilingual market corpus covers every registered source. Every release must preserve the expected route.
Content moves through private Cloudflare bindings. Retrieved network pages provide background context. Primary references are reviewed separately and carry a review date. A relevant page alone does not verify a claim.
Answers distinguish reviewed primary sources from background pages. Missing, outdated, or context-only evidence is labeled insufficient. General guidance can still explain what to check next; it does not certify an unnamed product or installation.
Production events record a question fingerprint, selected source, confidence, response time, outcome, and trace identifiers for systematic review.
Low-confidence routes, unavailable sources, and unhelpful feedback become evaluation cases before routing or content is changed.
